Bones of Ullr Lattice Sandals not working properly...

I was very lucky after I invested a lot of DIVS to get these boots, but 36% reservation is not working properly. My boots that have 29% reservation, after I change them to 30% ones. I get +10 spirit, which is fine, but when I use the UBER ones with 36% i get just +9 more spirit,t which is IMPOSIBLE. If 1 % reservation gets me +10 spirit = +6% mor, I would get me at least 60 more spirit...please help me out (I got 19 minions.. I would SEE the change if they work properly ) what am i missing ?
