Not enough spirit

I have an issue where my character shows only 30 spirit when I already did the two quests. I already killed the bosses several times and it still shows me I only have 30 of spirit. When I look in the map, I see that the spirit quest is complete. This is frustrating cause I can't use my heralds and I don't want to start from 0 with another character. Also, even with 30 of spirit I can't use the herald which only requieres 30 of spirit.

Do you've taken the passive node Lords of the Wilds, which gives '50% less Spirit'?
