Two Things To Smooth Out Campaign.

1. Have a gem trader in town that offers only 1 skill gem or 1 support gem or 1 spirit gem uncut at your level reseting upon level up.
This way you can get a gem now n then if you need to but not so many or so predictably as to make gems and decisions lose value and meaning.

2. Half the cost of the first 50 points you reset on each character.

1. They already added numerous additional skill and support gems by doing side content to address the issue. It was quite bad before. Now you get enough gems for your play through and even some extras for your next alt.

2. Gold is quite a limited supply this season, but you can always pick up more loot and sell it. Weapons and jewelry in particular sell for more money. There is enough gold available to respec. You should follow a guide if it's a problem.
