Glitches on HP and visual glitches

I am having a few small issues and one serious one.
1) my health is not able to be healed with flasks, abilities or the well in town. once i lose some hp it stay permanent. i do not have any items that are doing this i have checked my gear with a friend and he says it must be a glitch in game!
its a bit serious as i cannot heal during maps! making my gameplay extra difficult especially on bosses
2) my abilities are not showing visual cues. example. my contagion from witch doesnt show purple markers on the enemy units to verify the debuff, they have the debuff but its not showing visually.
3) my experience bar is frozen and wont show updated experience gains. its stuck at 16% even though it shows i am gaining experience. this is another visual bug im having.
can we please look into these issue quickly, the Health issue is a bit serious and its making me not want to play this game right now.
