Walking Calamity remains inactive while in Bear Form

Description: I am experiencing an issue where "Walking Calamity" becomes inactive and fails to reactivate. The bug occurred after using Lunar Assault. Even after returning to Bear Form and using other skills, the buff remains disabled with the warning: "Your Walking Calamity is inactive until you return to Bear form", despite my character clearly being in Bear Form.
