Excavation Site Boss and Items Bugged

I died immediately after Benedictus, saw loot drop and RP etc. After respawning I no longer see the items and I'm unable to proceed through the zone. Tried relogging, changing maps.

Resetting the instance at waypoint fixed the issue after re-killing boss.
