Lvl14 meta gems: make lvl12

I’m clearly a slow casual, but I find the gap between the second and third set of spirit gem skills quite large.
Set 1: lvl 4
Set 2: lvl 8
Set 3: lvl 12… oh no, 14.

Why not 12?

It seems like the fun is gate kept for longer than it needs to be.
