0.4 Instance Crashing Bug with effects on you (Shrine Buffs, Curses)

I was testing out my build on a map regarding Totems and one particular unique I was using is the Soul Mantle which adds +1 to Max Totems and most especially the one that I assume is doing the crashes the penalty of inflicting a random curse on you. I was also investing into Warding Fetish which adds 30% per curse on me and found a Vaal cultivated one that boosts your totem damage per curse on you to maximize Splinter Totem damage also reducing the curse effective by 50% with a rune. So effectively I can run with 5 curses on me without any of the penalties it is giving.
Originally, I assumed it was a server error type of thing that all of those 5 maps I tried to run crashed then I stopped in my hideout and spammed my Shockwave totems and could 100% crash the game consistently after having 5 curses on me because I think the game is trying to inflict another random curse but as I have all the curses available already it is trying to refresh but as you consistently splinter totems its doing so much actions at once that it will crash after having 5 curses on you. You can hop into the game and replicate this game crashing bug easily with just the unique and splinter totem support gem, every time it splits it counts as a totem death (proven by Tawhoa's Tending lineage gem) easily making you take 3 to 5 curses in just one ability cast and the moment you do it a few times again, the game is 100% going to crash. Update: Apparently its not limited to Self Curses, this also includes any buff with a limited amount of buffs in its rotation like Hammer of Faith Giant Maul, after 2 buffs, if you get another buff that might be a refresh of your previous buff there's a possibility that it would also crash your instance.
