Questions on Crit Chance

Hi better players,

Can some one explain to me why my crit chance in the tooltip of the skills is so low?

Part of the guide, you take a lot of crit chance nodes on the tree. But even with that, when I look at the tooltip in game, it shows Crit Chance 12%.

I am confused, is my crti chance 12% or 140% as I see in PoB?

"Increased" crit chance is calculated from base. So if you have +140% increased crit chance and your weapon has base 5%, its 5% x 2,4 = 12%.

yes thats why if u wanna get high overall crit chance, its best if ur base weapon has the crit mod that increase the base crit chance. cheers
