Behaviour of charms when you have 2 of the same one (valako's raor)

Hi, the way to go to reproduce the bug is to have 2 or more of the same charm.
I use Valako's roar in this particular case with lightning coil but it should work with other charms as well

When you take damage the leftmost charm activates but while the effect is on if you take damage again the next charm to the right triggers even if the 1st charm is still active. But if you take damage again and the first charm is ready it will wait until the end of the effect of the second charm before proc again.

I'm not sure which way is supposed to be intended since it works in a verry wanky way but please make charms capable to overwrite the previous one Always instead of only left to right. especially for charms like Valako's that only give you resistances but have an extra effect.
