Herald of Ice

New to this game. Herald of ice is not available for my level 19 druid. I've completed act 1 and just started at 2. I have a spirit gem from act 2 that I can use but there isn't a Herald skill to allocate it to. Am I missing something

When u choose ur skill u have to click on Monk on the left side. Herald of Ice is a Monk skill inherently, but not exclusive to Monks.
edit: nevermind, Druids also have Herald of Ice. U should be able to get it. It's at the top between Herald of Ash and Briarpatch. You need an uncut Spirit Gem (at least level 4). Right click on the gem and at the bottom left you can use "all gems" and search for Herald of Ice.
