Atlas Passive Tree Keystone for unique maps [suggestion]

I would like to see some keystone be added to be able to apply things to unique maps.
Something along the lines of say, sacrifice 20 atlas passive nodes to apply the passive tree maybe?
I think it would be cool to run a unique map with all the league mechs spawning in it.
