Temple AUTO CLOSING when I use the console and I am LOSING ROOMS

After completing a temple run when I click the console it IMMEDIATELY CLOSES the temple AND DELETES my rooms before I can prevent destabilization. Just lost DAYS of temple progress. Sure wish you could fix that.
