Constant "unexpected disconnection occurred" PS5

Been getting disconnected for the past 3 days recently with this constant disconnection happening when doing anything that's not me just sitting in my hideout. Whether it's mapping, running the temple, or helping others on bosses in the acts, I keep getting this. It's mostly during combat that it keeps happening especially after using Lunar Assault on the druid doing mass freezing or spawning lots of ice fragments. That may not be the cause but it just keeps happening too much during combat and very little when running around though it still happens.

Ok so after loading back in, I used Lunar Assault a few times and got disconnected 4 times in a row after a "mass freezing" of enemies. I was in the temple while doing it.
