Missing socketed skill

My skill is showing as “Missing socketed skill” even though I have already equipped it. I have attached a screenshot for reference. I have tried multiple times to fix it, including unequipping and re-equipping the skill and changing items, but the problem still persists.

I tried contacting Support via email, but their response was that they didn't know either and suggested I post a question here.

Same issue as well.... I made a new lvl 18 spirit gem and it will work... problem is the gem that I have that is "broken" is a double corrupted gem that costs 50divs! to replace... cmon really? thats the soultion?
