[PoE2 Technical Support] Character Stuck - Buffer Underflow Error prevents login

Hello GGG Team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance as I am completely unable to log into my character in Path of Exile 2.

Issue Description: The issue started when I traveled to another player's hideout for a trade. My game crashed during the loading screen, and now I am stuck in a crash loop. Every time I try to log in with this character, I receive a "Buffer Underflow" error message, and the game closes immediately.

Because I cannot enter the game, I am unable to use the /bug command. It seems my character is trapped in a bugged instance.

Request: Could you please manually move my character to a Town or my own Hideout? This should allow me to bypass the bugged instance and log in normally.

Hello, may I ask when I’ll be able to log into my account again? This is the second time I’ve encountered this issue. Every time I enter my hideout, the game crashes. I’ve also tried logging in from other computers, but I still can’t get in. It seems there’s a server-side data error specifically related to my hideout.
