Missing 2 passive points from story due to disconect

journeys end is bugged for me i was playing with my friend and got dc he finished the map when i logged back in it said map complete and couldnt get the quest item and plus 2 passive point reward because it says completed but i didnt get.
so now i only have max 22weapon set point out of 24 and cant finish my build because of it i tried re entering the zone several different times and resetting the instance and coming back on other times entirely but i still dont get it, the guy spawns there but doesnt let me get the points.
can you please fix it.
