Bug wih Manassa, the Serpent Queen not resurfacing.

I am RE-doing a T1 Confluence map. Rushed straight to the boss Manassa, the Serpent Queen. When she did her big aoe attack where she goes underground and traps you in a skele-cage, I walked toward the door area where a crack in the cage was and walked out to avoid the attack. Didnt destroy anything. However, the queen never came back up. Her health bar is still there, but I am unable to leave the arena (locked in), tp out (in a boss fight by code def), and restarting does not work either.
