Cant interact with waypoints, items or warp thru portal

cant access waypoints
cant pick up items
cant shoot crossbow bolts only grenades
started when i went inside a vaal temple when companioned with Asala
nothing in the temple was interactable or the warp portal
exited game and restarted pc
logged in from other servers
logged back in to caravan
tried going to other places
same issue
have attempted several times
verified files on steam also
game is stuck
please help reset
