Character Druid gets stucked at copper cictadel

Good morning ,

first thank you for your hard work to keep us good company and joy . My character got stuck after beating copper citadel , my name is sophiemjgr#2360 , character name Arkoyditsos , submitting screen shots .

I get freezes and especially at druid character animation between rocks or trees, have to get reshaped to exit most of the times .
