Problem with start POE 2

Good morning, I bought Path Of Exile 2 on steam some time ago and I've played it quite a bit. I recently reinstalled it but it doesn't start, or rather it starts but it's a black screen, I see the loading cursor but then the game crashes. I've tried everything, updating drivers, online solutions, mods to fix crashes but nothing works. I would hate to ask for a refund because I like the game!
