[PoE 2] Critical Bug: Missing Ascendancy Points after crash/mutual death in Trial

Hi GGG Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue with my character progression regarding Ascendancy points. I believe my character is stuck in a desynchronized state due to a crash.


Character Name: Xerxesos

Class: Druid

League: Fate of The Vaal

Description of the issue:

1. I attempted the Trial (using the coin/emblem for the Dual Knights boss encounter).

2. I defeated the boss, but my character died at the exact same moment (mutual kill).

3. Immediately after the kill/death, the game froze and I had to restart the client.

4. After logging back in, I did not receive the Ascendancy points.



The Main Issue: I obtained a second coin of the same Tier/Type and completed the encounter again successfully (without dying). However, when I clicked the Altar, it only opened the Passive Tree UI but did not grant the missing Ascendancy points.

I currently have 4 points (from first trial of Sekhemas + Trial of Chaos, but I should have 6. I have tried using the /recheck_achievements command, but it did not resolve the issue.

It seems the game flagged the quest as "completed" during the crash but failed to award the points, and now prevents me from claiming them on subsequent runs.

Could you please fix my character state or grant the missing points?

"Dual Knights" dont give points, for the third set of points you need to beat the scorpion, the 3rd boss of sekhemas (test of cunning) with a barya lvl ~65 and a 3 floors trial. Will happen in early maps most likely.
