leveling makes djinns unusable

while using djinns, if you level the djinn becomes unusable for about 10 seconds.
this is extremely crappy when you are surrounded by mobs and your djinns are your main source of damage.
we are being punished for leveling

when i am surrounded by monsters and am successfully clearing them, but then i happen to level and my skills are no longer usable, and i die... this feels really really bad man
i literally die because i leveled. i am being punished for gaining experience.
