Increased Stun Duration does not work

Hi,
I wanted to scale Stun Duration so I tested with a Talisman that had 26% increased Stun Duration on suffix. I observe no difference in stun duration with and without this affix. Seems broken/bugged/not implemented. Last bumped on Jan 13, 2026, 8:11:03 AM
