watchers eye jewel unaffected by frostbite while affected by precision does not work when u have frostbite and u curse enemies with frostbite on hit ring and u get it reflected back on you by eater altar mod "non-damaging ailment you inflict are reflected back to you". you still get the chilled and are slowed.

Maybe you're thinking of "Unaffected by Frostbite while affected by Purity of Ice"?

With that altar mod, if you're inflicting an ailment, then it gets reflected to you. I'm not sure what part you think that Frostbite is playing here?
