My game stcuk and i cant play

I played in poe 2 for more the 150h rn, at some point i started going into some vaal raids and that made my pc getting stuck, ן i restarted my game and since my game loading screen all the time, i cant open maps and move, the game crushing after long waiting for the loading screen. i realy need help cause i cant play at all, i have strong gpu(amd redeon tx 7900 gre) and i can run any other game, so i think the problem is just in poe 2.
