Leveled up without getting attribute point

I was recently on an expedition map and leveled up to level 75. When I went to go add my attribute point, it wasn't there. I tried logging out and logging back in. I also tried refunding a point to see if it would add it after that. None of those worked. Is there a way for me to get this attribute point added?

If you have 98 there's no bug.
