Cosmetic Bug

Using choir of the storm lets us use the skill lightning bolt but it doesnt go to our cosmetic skill tab,

Using a staff that lets us use lightning bolt does make the skill go to our cosmetic tree.

I bought the lightning bolt cosmetic for lightning bolt but cant use it because it doesnt work for my amulet even though both the staff and amulet grants the skill.

Would be nice to fix this issue please.
