Literally not getting level 7-8 gems on this character

Another caster who doesn't get any level 7-8 gem drops. The only level 7 gem I have is from a quest.

How the fuck this this possible to have happen repeatedly? My gems have a requirement of lvl 18 and I'm lvl fucking 30.

And yes I checked my fucking filter on each occasion that this nonsense pattern happens. At some point, this is on you.
