Sun Temple transfer portal missing

In the Sun temple map (waystone) the transfer portal to the next level is missing, it appeared for a second but disappeared for some reason and never reappeared. I have done this map before but this time i had a lot of mechanics appear on the ground level (expedition , 3 out of the 4 rituals and 4 breaches) ...
