Curses on Hand of Chayula hide the "up to enemies of level X" line but still require it

Got a nasty surprise from this after eventually noticing I was no longer cursing. I thought because only specifically that line vanishes that there was no cap on monster level. Nope, the level requirement remains, it's just hidden. Hence the bug.

Elemental Weakness in my case.
