Map Boss Skill Points 5–8 Not Dropping in Version 0.4 Despite Meeting All Conditions

Hello GGG Support Team,

I am reporting a map boss skill point progression issue that is currently occurring in version 0.4.

Current status:
- Map Boss Skill Points: 4 / 10 obtained
- All obtained skill points are fully allocated
- Map Boss difficulty increased to +2

Conditions attempted (all requirements met):
- Area level 79+
- Tier 16 Waystone
- Map with 7 modifiers
- Defeated:
- Anomaly Map Boss (for skill points 5–6)
- Citadel Boss (for skill points 7–8)

Despite meeting these conditions multiple times, no skill point book drops at all.
The issue is fully reproducible and does not appear to be related to RNG.

This does not seem to be a misunderstanding of requirements:
- Modifier count, tier, and area level are correct
- Boss types are correct
- All prior map boss skill points are properly allocated

It appears that the drop or progression flags for map boss skill points 5–8 are not triggering correctly in version 0.4.
