Atziri Timeline consistency miscue?

I could be incorrect here, but am not sure that I am. In act 3, Doriani mentions that Atziri is about to commune with the beast, insinuating that she hasn't as of yet. The statue in Aggorat however, shows her have all 4 of her breasts, which does not occur until AFTER communing with said beast. So is the statue incorrect and in need of an update?
