I finally know what's causing the monster aggro bug

TL:DR - There's one or more Headhunter buffs that prevent certain enemies from "activating". Pls fix, this is a bug since 0.1
Since 0.1 there have been problems with certain mobs (and map bosses) remaining untargetable and failing to "aggro" or "activate". It happens ALL the time with the underground worm boss variants. Well I figured it out, because it also happens constantly in Atziri's Temple in the Golemworks room. The golems with the swingy arms have this same problem. Turns out all you need to do is remove your headhunter and put it back on, and the enemies will activate and become targetable. Pls fix! Half the bosses in the game are already designed specifically to punish over-reliance on HH buffs, so it really sucks to have to remove all my buffs so often over a bug.
