Map Prices expensive on Console???

So Im trying to do Tier 9 maps but I ran out of maps and I was going to buy some more but they are like 16 Ex and I saw one for 1 chaos. Are they price fixing or have they always been this expensive?

Have you bought all the maps from Doryani and reforged them into higher tier? And they replenish stock every level up so it's good to buy it out every time. It's likely a little of both causing high prices. Tier 9 is not where most people farm to have extra maps to sell.

I have been buying all the maps but they are always one tier under what I need them to be so I cant get the ones I want. I craft them into what I need for Nexus but other than that Im just buying some off Trade. Can I roll them one tier higher and if so how?

Put 3 into the reforging bench of the same level and rarity and they'll transform into one of one level higher
