Ritual Sacrifice / Ritualist

Not sure if it's a bug or intend. While leveling ritual sacrifice didn't have a cooldown and it isn't mentioned somewhere but after hitting level 90 the skill level increases to lvl 20 and it gets a 8s cooldown.

I can't use supports like cooldown recovery or second wind on it.

Can someone explain?

Its a bug. Use Dailai lineage support gem to give +1 or Uthred's if you don't mind using without Duration Increase gem (won't work with Uthtred's).


All you need improve the skill atleast +1 level then cooldown gone.
