I’m playing Stormweaver, and I saw this modifier on a ring.
Does this modifier increase the damage of Elemental Infusions?

Well, it depends on what the effect of the infusion is of course, but if picking up the infusion in question would add damage for you, then, yes, it would increase the infusions' damage. Infusions are indeed a type of remnant
