King of The Mist killed my CI character

I lost my character in HC.
I died during the beginning of the second phase. The boss didn't even start fighting and my character just died. In notice sayd character killed himself. The energy shield is full at the same time. You've not provided any information regarding your character's build, so GGG won't be able to determine whether or not this was caused by a bug.
Dying with Energy Shield remaining and CI allocated is not, in and of itself, evidence of a bug. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I made zero changes to my build before entering the boss. I'd killed him many times before, and I killed him about six times the day before last. But this time, I entered and simply died after killing boss. I tested it on softcore, and the character only dies in the second phase without any reason, sometimes before the screenshot is shown, and sometimes while killing the boss. My health simply drops to 0 when this ES is present. I can make video after work if needed.

Maybe something weird going on with Berserk spirit gem and the increased damage taken debuff he applies

He killed me during the transformation, before the fight even started. I'd been using berserk gem for over two weeks and everything was fine before that.

It turned out that the character dies due to the activated berserker stone. But why only in King of the mist domain? I've been using this stone for about two weeks and everything was fine. I attached a url video with the bug.
