Staggering Palm projectiles and shape shifting.

When getting the buff for projectiles from staggering palm the projectiles shoot out like normal. Obviously when you shapeshift your no longer using the quarterstaff and you wont shoot out projectiles while shifted.

The bug is even after leaving wolf form and still having the buff my quarterstaff skills wont go back to shooting projectiles. I have to wait for the buff to fall off and reapply it before they start shooting off again. Like the game recognizes I'm no longer using a quarterstaff and turns off the buff but wont turn it back on.

I've tried other shapeshift forms and the same issue happens. I've also tried other weapon swaps and it doesn't happen with any of them. The projectiles turnoff while using any other weapon and immediately turn back on when I go back to quarterstaff. Only when going to any shapeshift form does this happen.
