Cast On Crit Bug

I currently have Cast On Critical set to a 2 weapon bar set but it only works on bar one.

To prove this, I had to fully respec my tree changing no gear but the weapons to the alternate slots, are attribute points and no

It worked my original Staff “weapon set 1”
But not on my Talisman “Weapon set 2”
After switching it now works on

Talisman “Weapon set 1”
And not working on my Staff “Weapon Set 2” please fix this so I can use the skill properly

I even have it turned on with no issues but it doesnt show Spirit being used in game please help

This is for POE 2 btw
