"Life Regeneration is Applied to Energy Shield Instead" not working with certain passives on tree

While wearing either the Ligurium Talisman unique amulet or the Cultivated Unique belt Soul Tether(or both), the line "Life Regeneration is Applied to Energy Shield Instead" works with regeneration from Vitality and from all passives on the tree except for two: Quick Recovery and Chakra of Stability. Both read "Regenerate X% of maximum Life over 1 second when Stunned".

Based on the wording and comparing it to other sources of regeneration like Thickened Arteries' "Regenerate 0.5% of maximum Life per second", the regeneration applied by Quick Recovery and Chakra of Stability should translate to "Regenerate X% of maximum Energy Shield over 1 second when Stunned". However, this is not the case. My character is given regeneration based on my actual maximum Life in the case of these two passives, which is misleading based on the wording and most likely an oversight.

Additionally, Quick Recovery and Chakra of Stability do not appear to stack, as they show up on the buff bar at the top of the screen. I am unsure if this is counted as a buff or not, but that could explain why it behaves differently.
