Town portal not working - for many years now.

I Played this games 2022/2023 and the town portal was not working then and it is still not working now! I portal to the town/shop, go sell my stuff or store it, close missions, etc go back to the portal and it is not responsive. This happens most of the time, it probably works once in every 7 or 8 times. All the other times you lose your progress and have to either waypoint as close to where you were or work your way back there. This is tedious. You lose the loot you had left there too. What is the point of a town portal if it does not work and multiple years later it still has not been fixed? This is really poor support for your product!
