Various problems interacting with objects inside temples NOT JUST COUCH CO-OP

Keep having problem with Vaal Ruins instance reset, making me lose my temple.

I am running temple and a friend want to join, i invite him (i am the party leader) he join, i go out to empty my inventory and it create a new Vaal Ruins instance making loose room and unable to enter. If my friend still inside i can TP on him to get back on the correct Vaal Ruins instance and enter de Temple, but all Medallion become invisible because the game consider the temple Close. Every time i group with some one for trade or any reason this problem happen.


This is not the only main issue.
Couch co-op has various problems interacting with objects inside temples.

This bug is getting annoying as the other players in a coop ruin temple is missing on a lot of stuff and items as this create multiple instance and kinda render pointless to party to complet the temple. On a game that is massively online it pretty bad IMO.
