Merch Tabs not showing on trade website

I've started having an issue where my merch tabs don't show up on the trade website for poe2. Currently, it is showing 3 items on the trade website under my account name that aren't even in my merch tabs (already sold a while ago). All of the items currently in my merch tabs don't show up at all.

I've gone through a few forum posts and have tried the following with no luck:

- Updating privacy settings to uncheck "Hide Stash Showcase Tab" (I also tried unchecking set profile to private with no luck).
-Making sure I'm showing as online in steam (verified I was).
-Removing everything from my merch tab, then putting it a new merch tab.
-Logging out and logging back into the game (also tried resetting game).
-Making sure my status ISN'T on do not disturb.
-Verified I can still trade with other players meaning I don't have a trade ban.

At this point I'm at a loss, but this is making my game entirely unplayable at this point as I cannot sell anything. I've also tried contacting GGG support and am waiting on response.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
