Armor disappeared - The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour

Hello GGG.
This morning I bought an armor set (The Coming Calamity). While I was on the map killing monsters, it disappeared along with the support gems for the skills - HERALD (total of 12 gems).
I also bought a rune that costs 1 divine orb and fitted it into this chest piece.
When I restarted the game it reappeared, but the runes that were attached did not and support gems. I lost 4 divine orbs.


Then it happened again. The armor disappeared and hasn't returned yet. I was forced to buy another one, which also had the same problem.

I lost a few more support gems because of this bug.


I noticed that this bug usually happens when placing the fourth support gem on the Herald of Thunder skill.


I would like to have my lost divine orbs restored.

As an aside GGG will never refund currency or items under any circumstance.

This is very annoying. I lost a lot of items and a really good chest piece. Thank you.
