Vaal Temple: Stuck in Prosthetic Research Room

Had run several temples without issues. But running temple in interlude,
Checkpoint didn't activate and door kept sealed after killing all monsters.
Logged out an logged back and the door has been replaced by wall. Still stuck inside.
Portaled out came to the entrance went back to room door opens could enter but couldn't go out.
