Uruk's Smelting not changing Armour Break percentage on Raise Zombie

I'm running Raise Zombie with Armour Break III and Uruk's Smelting. The break % from Armour Break III correctly appears, but the 70% increase provided by Uruk's Smelting does not. Please either fix the UI, or, if Urk's Smelting does not affect Raise Zombie, make it impossible to slot the gem. Thanks!
