Steam-Game download+install issue

Hi,
I've tried with two different computers to download and install POE2 but it took over 3hours on each. My broadband is 110 Mb/s and one computer is a huge gaming config PC and the other one is a two years old gaming laptop.
Both equiped with high end processors, RAM and latest SSD M2. There is zero reason that such download and installation take so much time.
