2x Atlas dotted lines disappeared after completing map (still accessible. visual bug)

As can be seen in the image below, there are 2 missing lines from the active green dot to the 2x up and right blue dots. The missing lines can be inferred from the layout - there are no green dots touching those 2 stranded blue dots.

No part of the dotted lines are visible at any zoom level.

The nodes are accessible as normal, it's purely a visual bug.

The lines are not visible on the atlas when viewed from the Hideout map device, the Ziggurat Refuge map device, nor by using the World Map keybind.
