Display issue with > and < when you close the expanded skill panel

Open skill panel (see that all skills have the >)
expand any given skill by pressing the >
Close the now opened new window with the X in the upper right corner

Now, look at the < for the skill you just closed the window. Pressing the X does not reset the < back to > reflecting the closed window. The only way to get the < to reset to the proper > (for when the extra window is closed) is by opening then closing the panel with the < twice in a row where it resets it back to >.

This persists through opening and close the skill panel. If you close it when it is in the incorrect < it will persist.

Also, If you open the skill panel, click the > to open the extra info window then click G to close the panel. When you open the panel again, the < (from your previous opening of the extra panel) will persist.
